Mohan Rao G
A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Mohan Rao joined Syndicate Bank in September 1985. He gained exposure to all aspects of a commercial bank, including sales, credit, foreign exchange, risk, and treasury management. As the Head of Treasury at Syndicate Bank's London branch, he played a critical role as CFO and was responsible for publishing the bank's accounts for three years. While his friends moved on in search of greener pastures, Mohan Rao continued his journey with Syndicate Bank, ultimately retiring as General Manager, TIBD, in May 2020. He is passionate about learning and strongly believes that "knowledge is gained more by sharing and not hoarding it."
