Udaya Bhaskara Reddy
Joined Syndicate Bank as a Rural Development Officer in 1984, where he worked in various rural and semi-urban branches to facilitate rural development. Transitioned to various roles in the treasury department, starting from forex back office to dealings from 1995 to 2004, then switching over to domestic treasury dealings and back office from 2004 to 2006. He has the distinction of working across the total gamut of treasury operations, covering front, back, and middle office responsibilities.

In 2007, he took on the responsibility of setting up the Integrated Treasury in Indian Bank as Assistant General Manager. He was elevated to General Manager in 2013 and headed various departments including Treasury & International Banking Division, Control & Inspection, MSME, and served as Zonal Head in Kolkata. In May 2017, he took over as Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and superannuated from the services of Indian Bank in August 2020. He has a passion for disseminating knowledge in various spheres of banking and is an avid learner. He has acquired professional skills in various areas such as financial management, treasury & international banking, law, and risk management.
